STEP 1  COMPLIMENTARY CREATIVE CONSULTATION

Consultations are complimentary and are by appointment. We offer consultations at the Paper and Home studio, over the phone, or over email. We love to learn as much as we can about your creative needs and personal design style. It’s important to us that your stationery reflects this.

STEP 2  DESIGN ESTIMATE

After your consultation, Paper and Home provides a detailed estimate based on the design options discussed. Pricing will vary with each designer and couture collection. Please see the enclosed pricing insert for starting prices, or we are happy to provide you with a more detailed estimate prior to your consultation.

STEP 3  DESIGN AGREEMENT AND DEPOSIT

Once you’re ready to move forward with your order, we email you our design agreement which we ask you to sign and return along with a 50% deposit to commence work on your project.

STEP 4  PROOFS, PRINTING, AND TURNAROUND TIME

Your first round of design proofs are emailed to you within 4-7 business days of receiving your agreement and deposit. If you have changes, a second round of complimentary proofs are provided. Depending on the complexity of your designs, a third complimentary proof may be provided. Couture clients receive unlimited rounds. These details are outlined in your design agreement.

Once you’ve approved your final proof, your files are immediately sent to print. The print time will vary depending on your order. The print process generally requires 2-4 weeks from the time of final proof approval. Paper and Home will provide you with your specific print timeline at your proof approval. Rush print options are available upon request.

STEP 5  FINAL DELIVERY

Upon receiving your job from the printer, Paper and Home quality checks each piece to ensure it looks perfect. We will then notify you that your order is ready. Your final invoice is also provided at this time. Please note that Paper and Home requires final payment prior to delivering your order.
