Consultations are complimentary and are by appointment. We offer consultations at the Paper and Home studio, over the phone, through email, or via Skype or FaceTime. We love to learn as much as we can about your creative needs and personal design style. It’s important to us that your design reflects this!
After your consultation, Paper and Home provides a detailed estimate based on the design options discussed. Pricing will vary with each collection. We are happy to provide you with starting pricing prior to your consultation so that you have a sense of our range—just get in touch!
Design Agreement and Deposit
Once you’re ready to move forward with your order, we will provide you with our design agreement which we ask you to sign and return along with a 50% deposit to commence work on your project. Once we receive the agreement and deposit, we will send you wording samples, if applicable.
Proofs, Printing, and Turnaround Time
Your first round of design proofs are emailed to you within 2-7 business days of receiving your agreement, content, and deposit. The proof time varies depending on the intricacy of your design. Once you’ve approved your final proof, your files are immediately sent to print. The time will vary depending on your order. The print process generally requires 10 business days from the time of final proof approval. Paper and Home will provide you with your specific production timeline at your proof approval. Rush options are available upon request.
Once your order is produced, Paper and Home quality checks each and every piece by hand to ensure they all look perfect. We then notify you that your order is ready. Your final invoice is also provided at this time. Please note that Paper and Home requires final payment prior to delivering your order. You will be responsible for purchasing postage stamps and mailing out your stationery, if applicable. Paper and Home offers custom postage stamp design,
as well as assembly and mailing services at an additional charge. Inquire for more details.
